I chose University of New Haven because...

it felt like my home away from home. The first time I stepped on campus I could just tell everyone wanted me to be happy and succeed. From the students to the faculty, the people were very welcoming and treated me like they have known me for years!

What is your favorite class at the University of New Haven?

My favorite class at the University of New Haven is Development of American Sports. This was my first Sport Management class that is super interesting! You learn a lot about the history of sports and sports in the present day. You even get the chance to do a few interesting assignments such as observing a local youth sporting event!

What is your favorite place on campus?

My favorite place on campus is the Beckerman Recreation Center because it is a great place to exercise and participate in fun activities. There are many intramural or club sports that you can play there, as well as a really nice weightlifting area. There is even a juice bar with smoothies and shakes!
