it is one of 20 institutions with the Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Operations (CAE-CO) program from the National Security Agency. I also chose the University of New Haven because faculty has experience in students desired fields. The University of New Haven also has great connections to employers which assist students in finding internships, as well as jobs upon graduation.
My favorite class at the University of New Haven was my Introduction to Computing course as we covered a lot of unique topics such as cryptography, a subject we will cover more in depth as our time as students progresses.
My favorite place on campus is the Cybersecurity Center as it is a comfortable and quiet space to complete assignments when a class is not in session. Classes held in the Cybersecurity Center are also great as the environment really motivates you as it creates a major-specific atmosphere.
