I chose University of New Haven because...

It provided me with a family atmosphere that no other school did. When I was looking at other schools, I felt like they didn't really want me. UNH made me feel wanted from the very start. They were so understanding with everything that I had to work through to complete my application. Especially with the pandemic, commitment became a lot harder and UNH supported me the entire way through. Overall, it was the best experience I had with an admission's team while applying to college and it felt like such a family. Walking on campus the first time really confirmed that for me too.

What is your favorite place on campus?

My favorite place on campus is the Bixler/Gerber Quad. I love the atmosphere there and I love walking through it during warmer months because there are so many people out having fun. Sometimes UNH hosts games and events there which draws a lot of people too! Overall, it's just so much fun to go out and have fun with your friends there.

What is your favorite class at the University of New Haven?

I don't think I could choose a favorite class so far, so I would definitely lean towards Theories of Personality. I love studying different abnormalities in the brain and in human behavior, so taking this class was extremely interesting to me.
