What is your favorite place on campus?

Jazzman's Cafe and Bakery as I go there so often they know my go-to order (Ham, egg and cheese on a plain bagel) and it's a great place to unwind with friends while waiting in between classes. I also love that no matter where you sit in Jazzman's you will always see a familiar face smiling at you.

I chose University of New Haven because...

It was where I envisioned myself as a tour guide (weird, I know) but this was the only University I visited where every time I could envision myself in their tour guide apparel talking to prospective students and their families. Almost four years later and a few short months before graduation I cannot picture myself anywhere else and will truly miss being at this University that has helped me become the person I am today.

What is your favorite class at the University of New Haven?

My favorite class has been Synthetics. It is a lab class that was eight hours a week but we did such cool experiments such as making Nickle Iron Ferrite and making different AcAcs and used laboratory instrumentation such as an XRF and XRD that not many students at other Universities can say they have used. My favorite part was we made metal aluminides and we were able to keep them as a mini souvenir.
